We love coming to Gibsons. Their breakfast burritos and pancakes are our favorite. They are delicious and huge! The staff is wonderful and kind. The food is fantastic and the ambiance is really cool. They have a nice outdoor seating area which my husband and I like to take advantage of when the weather is nice.

The PERFECT dish for a cold January breakfast! A huge heaping of white rice, topped with a grilled burger patty, caramelized onion and mushroom brown gravy, two eggs cooked to your liking (mine were OH), and chives. If you ever have the problem of feeling like you never get enough to eat, you won't have that problem with this. This is a huge breakfast and I've never been able to finish it (and I eat like a trucker). I've been cooking in the restaurant business for over 30 years and I love this place. The inside aesthetic is steampunk, which I also love. The servers are attentive and friendly. The prices are very good for the large portions.

This has been the second time me and my boyfriend have come to this place, and we love it. The food was amazing I got the breakfast sandwich and my boyfriend got the Philly cheesesteak, both were extremely good. We definitely recommend this place for family and friend to sit down and enjoy a good meal!

Double Patty Melt had me feeling hot, sweaty, and juicy. A lot of meat for a melt. Gave the rest to my dog and we took a 3hr nap together. Will be here again.

Great place for a vacation breakfast/lunch! Food is fresh, the people are friendly, and the service is quick. They also have a great cup of coffee and easy to grab snacks for those just passing through!

How lucky are we to have such a cool restaurant in Upcountry, scattered with Steam Punk decor and the coolest Burning Man Bus out back. There is no better hearty Avocado Toast than Gibson's. Always makes Me feel like a ball of health after indulging in that morsel beauty! Thank you Susie and Jim and the crew.

The Loco-Moco is very good, was reluctant to try it but once I did really liked it. Have tried several breakfast & lunch items on their menu and all have been very good. Never had a bad meal at Gibson's.

recently went to gibson's to get a to-go breakfast order for the family during the holidays and i had the country breakfast! it was so delicious and my family from out of state loved the food as well! we will definitely be going back. the staff was super friendly and very reliable. thank you so much for the great experience! happy holidays
